This policy outlines our procedures for shipping and delivery in a transparent manner. For clarity, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Commercetools Enterprises Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” or “customer” refer to the individual placing an order on our platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping policies stated below. 

Shipping Availability 

Currently, we offer free shipping services throughout India. Please note that we do not support international deliveries at this moment. If this changes in the future, updates will be made available on our official website. 

Order Processing Duration 

Once your order is successfully placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it within 1 to 2 business days. This timeline excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and official public holidays. As soon as your order is being processed, you will receive a confirmation email for your reference. 

Estimated Delivery Time 

Standard delivery is typically completed within 3 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery address and courier availability. Please be aware that delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high seasonal demand, remote delivery locations, or external disruptions beyond our control. 

If Delivery Is Unsuccessful 

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request a re-shipment. 

Damaged or Missing Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Make sure to include clear photographs of the damaged item(s) for evaluation. 

In the case of a missing order, we will initiate an inquiry with the courier company. After the investigation is completed and the issue is verified, we will either provide a replacement or process a refund, depending on product availability and your preference. 

Items with Special Shipping Instructions 

Some products may require specific handling or shipping conditions due to their weight, or fragile nature. Any special delivery terms or limitations related to such products will be clearly mentioned on their respective product pages.
